Payment Terms & Conditions for the Conference Booking:


All bookings must be paid to FENCA 30 days from the date of invoice, on the FENCA bank account provided on the invoice. For bookings less than 30 days before the conference date the invoice must be paid in total at least 10 days before the conference, otherwise the participant will not be admitted. We accept bank transfers and credit card payments. Credit card payments are submitted to the commission of 5%.

Programme changes:


It may become necessary, for reasons beyond our control, to alter the content or timing of the programme. These changes do not justify any refund.

Data protection:


The details you provide will be held in the FENCA data base to keep you informed regarding the event. The data will be transferred only to the hotel for booking purposes and will be available as participant's list at the registration desk.


Cancellation charges:



30 - 10 days: 60% of the cost due 9 - 5 days: 80% of the cost due 4 days until the 1st night of the congress: 100% of the cost due
